Securing finance as well as buying a new home (or carrying out improvements/renovations to your home) regardless of whether it is your first home, your second or an investment property, it can be and is for some a very stressful and difficult process if tackled on your own. Trying to understand all the lenders different products and polices and then figuring out which one is right for you can be time consuming and unproductive.

Many people start the process of securing finance once they have found a house to buy or when they are ready to start the improvements/renovation… does that sound like you or someone you know…. Well we see it everyday

We are Finance Specialists who are also property coaches, property investors, renovators and developers and have been assisting clients with finding finance for many years.   We understand finance. This means we are always looking down the track, not just for this purchase or refinance improvements/renovations to your existing property, but it may be another one or two properties or improvements/renovations, or if this is not for you, it might be how quickly you can pay down your mortgage.

As Finance Specialists, we are accredited Mortgage brokers and are members of the MFAA (Mortgage and Finance Association of Australia).

We understand that everyone has different needs and different requirements and as such we personally and confidentially talk with you about your circumstances, situation and plans and guide you through the finance process making it easy. With the end result being that you are in the right loan product with the right lender.

Every client receives their own personally tailored, comprehensive information document regarding lenders rates, products and fees.

All of this information is discussed with you prior to submitting an application to any lender. We work with all of the major banks and have access to a panel of 30+ lenders and 100’s of finance products.

Once you are happy with the lender/product and all your questions have been answered, we proceed in submitting your finance application to the lender. We liaise and follow up the lender throughout the process, ensuring you are kept up to date at all times.

We ensure that our clients’ needs and requirements are paramount throughout the process and that we always work for your interests. We protect our clients privacy at all times. Communication is essential and we ensure that all our clients receive clear and regular communication in relation to the status of their finance application throughout the process.

And most importantly you can talk to your Finance Specialist at anytime, prior, during and after your loan has been processed.
